Order Processing

Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 5 business days of being placed. Orders received on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery normally takes 10–20 business days after dispatch. Estimated delivery times may vary due to the destination, carrier operations, customs clearance, local inspections, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing the available tracking number.

You can follow your shipment through 17TRACK.

Please allow some time after receiving the email for the carrier to upload and display the latest tracking information.

Shipping Rates

A flat shipping fee of $6.99 USD applies to worldwide delivery.

Shipping Destinations

We currently deliver to most countries and regions worldwide. If delivery is unavailable for your location, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements or any necessary changes to your order.

Changing Your Shipping Address

Requests to change a shipping address must be submitted before 11:00 PM PDT (GMT−7) on the same day the order is placed.

Email service@thepawvoi.com with your order number and the complete corrected delivery address. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after order processing or shipment has begun.

Different Billing and Shipping Addresses

Your order may be delivered to an address that differs from your billing address. Please carefully review all delivery information before completing checkout.
